Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved. Our therapists are here to help you overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life. We offer evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective for depression.
If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. Our trauma counselors are trained to help you work through the trauma and develop healthy coping strategies. We offer a variety of trauma-focused therapies to meet your unique needs.
Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) are designed to assist individuals with significant behavioral health disorders in achieving recovery and resilience. Community Support Workers (CSWs) collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans that enhance skills in independent living, learning, working, socializing, and recreation. These services are primarily delivered face-to-face in community settings, ensuring accessibility and relevance to each client's unique circumstances. By focusing on clients' strengths and addressing barriers to independent functioning, CCSS aims to promote overall well-being and integration into the community.
Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Our relationship counselors are here to help you and your partner improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your relationship. We offer couples counseling and marriage therapy services.
Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Our stress management services are designed to help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.
Grace-Based Recovery highlights the significant differences between a performance-based approach to recovery and a grace-based approach, and establishes a safe environment where addicts can learn from their mistakes rather than be punished for them. Through practical exercises, readers will learn the principles of grace and how to apply those truths to the false beliefs that have held them captive. Participants will be encouraged to see freedom from addiction as a lifelong process and to live without shame and fear as they grow, stumble, grow again, and, by God's grace, change.
Our "Parenting with Love and Logic" program equips parents with strategies to raise responsible children by allowing them to learn from the natural consequences of their actions. This approach emphasizes setting firm, loving limits without anger, lectures, threats, or repeated warnings, fostering a respectful and positive parent-child relationship. Through this program, parents learn to avoid power struggles, set enforceable limits, and guide children to solve their own problems, promoting autonomy and self-confidence.

She believes deeply in cultivating an atmosphere of healing, one where people are empowered to walk in their God-given giftings and purpose. Her forward-facing therapy style focuses on guiding clients toward growth and freedom, rather than remaining stuck in the pain of the past.
Given the nature of small-town life, Jonna serves a broad range of clients—children, adults, and families of all types—offering personalized care that honors the complexity of each story while holding space for restoration and renewal.

Raised in rural New Mexico, Jaylah Pendleton grew up acquainted with both the beauty and challenges that her community faced. She witnessed the adverse affects of poverty, trauma and spiritual abuse hijack the destiny of so many. She spent much of her teen and young adult years serving in local non profits, diligently working to mediate generational cycles of brokenness. Later in life, she faced challenges of her own, including the development of an Eating Disorder. Through divine intervention coupled with counseling and Biblical truth, Jaylah fully walks in freedom. The experience led her to earn a Masters and become a Licensed Masters Social Worker. Her area of focus is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and she spent extensive time studying Child Parent Psychotherapy, which aims to interrupt the intergenerational transmission of Trauma. Jaylah naturally works with clients through an Attachment Theory based lens and sees clients as the expert in their own lives. She honors their history and life acquired knowledge while offering science based solutions, Biblical counsel, personal wisdom and an empathetic heart. Her greatest joy and desire is to see people healthy and whole, excited about life, and living out the destiny God had in mind when he uniquely created them.
Jaylah works remotely from Washington state and is currently on an extended maternity leave.

Hi, I’m Alexis, and I’m a Community Support Worker here in Truth or Consequences, where I’ve lived for most of my life. I’m 29 years old and a proud mom to my two-year-old daughter—being her mom is truly one of my greatest joys.
I started working in community support because I love being able to help people. One of the things I love most about this work is that there’s no limit to the ways I can help. I’m extremely goal-oriented, and I find so much satisfaction in getting things accomplished—not just for myself, but for the people I support. I have a lot of life experience, and for the experiences I haven’t had yet, I’m always more than willing to learn, especially if it means I can help someone else.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, drinking coffee, growing spiritually, and spending time in nature. I love taking photos of the beautiful sky and appreciating the little moments of beauty around me. I believe life is amazing when you have people to support you and help you overcome challenges, and that’s exactly what I’m here for—to be that support for others as they work toward their goals and dreams.
